Suggested cooking instructions:

Stovetop: Preheat a cast iron pan or griddle over high heat 71°C (160°F), add the meatball to the pan and literally “smash” down with a sturdy spatula or wooden spoon to apply pressure. Season generously with salt and pepper, cook until no longer pink; use the spatula to scrape the burger from the pan and flip over until cooked. If you’re adding a slice of cheese, continue cooking for 30 seconds (to melt the cheese), then remove from the pan. Add to a bun and dress as you like.

Suggested cooking instructions:

Pre-heat grill on high, cook burgers for 2 minutes on each side. Rotate patties 90 degrees and flip, cooking for 2 minutes more on each side. Ground beef is cooked when the meat has a uniform color, the juices run clear and a minimum internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) is reached.

Suggested cooking instructions:

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C (400°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place chicken breast on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 12-14 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Grill: Pre-heat grill on high, cook for 3 minutes on each side. Flip breast rotating 90 degrees and cook each side for 3 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Suggested cooking instructions

Grill: Pre-heat grill on high, season with oil, salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Beef: cook to desired doneness.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place kabobs on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 13-15 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Grill: Pre-heat grill on high, grill for 2 minutes per side. Cook to internal temperature: medium 71°C (160°F) or well-done 77°C (170°F).

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C (425°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place short ribs on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 8-10 minutes to medium 71°C (160°F) or well-done 77°C (170°F). Let rest for 2-3 minutes.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 177°C (350°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place meatloaf on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Grill: Pre-heat grill on high, Grill for 4 minutes per side. Cook to desired doneness.

Suggested cooking instructions:

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium-high (375°F-400°F). Grill 8-12 minutes, turning frequently. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper. Place kabobs on a wire rack and place the wire rack on parchment-lined baking tray. Cook for 13-15 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
