Directions

Step 1

Mélanger le yogourt, le miel, le zeste et le jus de lime. Servir avec des fruits frais. La trempette se conserve au réfrigérateur, dans un contenant hermétique, jusqu’à trois jours.

Tip

Intégrez les restes de trempette à vos smoothies ou garnissez-en votre gruau.
Si désiré, remplacez le miel par du sirop d’érable.
