grosse carotte, coupée en julienne

poivron rouge, coupé en deux, puis finement tranché

concombre, coupé en deux, épépiné, puis finement tranché
1/2 tasse
vinaigrette mandarine et gingembre
125 mL
2 tasses
laitue romaine champêtre en sac, coupée grossièrement
500 mL

petits pains à mie tendre de 20 cm (8 po)
1/2 tasse
feuilles de coriandre fraîche, lavées puis épongées
125 mL

Directions

Step 1

Combiner le poulet, les carottes, le poivron rouge et le concombre. Ajouter la vinaigrette, du sel et du poivre (au goût) et mélanger.

Step 2

Diviser la laitue et le mélange au poulet entre les 6 petits pains. Garnir de coriandre (facultatif).
