- top sirloin, blade, cross rib or round steaks (5 oz/150 g each)

- red wine

- 1/4 cup
- olive oil
- 60 mL

- cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar
- 30 mL
- 2 tbsp
- Sensations by Compliments Prepared Dijon Mustard
- 30 mL
- 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- 30 mL
- 1 tbsp
- chopped fresh rosemary
- 15 mL
- 1/2 tsp
- salt (approx)
- 2 mL
- pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Using fork, pierce steaks all over; place in a large resealable plastic bag. In a small bowl, stir together wine, oil, garlic, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour marinade into bag, massaging bag to coat steaks evenly. Squeeze out air, seal and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.
Step 2
Preheat lightly oiled grill to high. Remove steaks from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Season steaks to taste with salt and pepper. Place steaks on grill; close lid and grill, 3 to 4 min. per side for medium-rare.
