Directions
Step 1
Divide pineapple juice, ginger slices and grated ginger between 8 (8 oz/250 mL) glasses.
Step 2
Fill each glass with ice and top with soda. Thread a blackberry, raspberry and blueberry onto 8 cocktail skewers to garnish each glass.
