Directions

Step 1

Dans une grande casserole, mélanger au fouet 250 ml (1 tasse) de lait avec le cacao en poudre. Toujours au fouet, incorporer le reste du lait, le sucre et la vanille. Chauffer le mélange à feu moyen, en remuant de temps à autre, jusqu’à ce que le sucre et le cacao soient dissous et que le mélange soit chaud, environ 4 minutes.

Step 2

Répartir le chocolat chaud dans 4 grandes tasses et garnir chaque portion d’une guimauve.
