Directions

Step 1

Huiler légèrement le gril et faire chauffer le barbecue à température mi-vive.

Step 2

Préparer les brochettes en alternant les crevettes, l’ananas et le poivron rouge. Faire griller les brochettes jusqu’à ce que les crevettes soient fermes et opaques, soit environ 8 minutes en tout, en prenant soin de les retourner et de les badigeonner de vinaigrette au besoin.
