Get the family together to mix-and-match their favourite ingredients to create new sauces. Which will win?
- Dish out a bowl of Compliments Whipped Dressing, another bowl of Compliments Ketchup, one of Spirited Mickie BBQ sauces, and then some other bowls filled with relish, minced onion, garlic, fresh herbs and spices.

It’s high time for summer time. Take advantage of every delightful drop of it with our line of easy-to-cook proteins including shell-on seafood.
Take any of our lobster tails, crab legs or shrimp skewers, thaw them if frozen, then pop them directly on the BBQ with their shell on. Follow the package directions to grill to perfection.

Try a little tenderness
- Rub brisket generously with your favourite spice rub (use one with no sugar).
- Lightly char all sides of the brisket on BBQ. Wrap in foil.
- Set on indirect or low heat (about 110°C/225°F) with the lid closed, for 3-4 hours. Check for tenderness. Continue cooking, if required, until fully tender and internal temperature reaches 77°C (170°F).
- Unwrap and place directly on grill to crisp edges. Brush with BBQ sauce, if desired.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
