Ingredients
- 3/4 cup
- coarsely grated English cucumber (about 1/3 cucumber)
- 175 mL
- 3/4 cup
- plain Greek yogourt
- 175 mL
- 2 tbsp
- fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 30 mL
- 2 tbsp
- olive oil
- 30 mL
- 1 tbsp
- finely chopped fresh dill
- 15 mL
- 2 or 3
- cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp
- salt, or to taste
- 1 mL
- pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Place grated cucumber in a sieve set over a bowl to drain off excess liquid.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together yogourt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic and grated cucumber. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
