baby spinach

Pecorino-Romano cheese, shaved

ripe peaches, halved, pitted and sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a salad bowl, combine basil, oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Add spinach; toss to coat.

Step 2

Divide spinach mixture among 4 salad plates. Top with Pecorino-Romano cheese and peaches before serving.
