Directions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until golden. Toss in shrimp. Stir in cooking sauce and 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, reduce heat to medium and bring to a simmer.
Step 2
Add zucchini and pepper to pan and mix gently to coat in sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are opaque and vegetables are heated through, about 7 min. remove pan from heat and serve. Drizzle each plate with yogourt and garnish with green onions.
