- fresh lemon juice

- maple syrup + ¼ oz for mudding mint with

- fresh peach, peel removed

Directions
Step 1
In a tumbler, muddle one sprig of mint with one-quarter ounce of the syrup in the base and all around the sides, so that a thin layer of mint aroma coats the entire surface of the inside of the glass
Step 2
Blend bourbon, lemon juice, remaining maple syrup, peaches and ice on medium for 60 seconds until it’s a smooth, creamy consistency.
Step 3
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of peach.
