Ingredients

Compliments Prime Rib Meatballs, thawed
¾ cup
ricotta cheese
180 mL
½ cup
grated Parmesan cheese, divided
120 mL
¼ tsp
garlic powder
1.25 mL

square wonton wrappers
1 ½ cup
Compliments Tomato-Basil Pasta Sauce
360 mL
1 ½ cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
360 mL
2 tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
30 mL
A pinch each salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Spray a 12-count muffin tin with cooking spray.

Step 2

Cut meatballs into quarters and set aside. In a bowl, mix ricotta, ¼ cup of the Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Press 2 overlapping wonton wrappers into each muffin cup so that there are no gaps. Spoon in 1 tbsp of the ricotta mixture. Top with 4 meatball pieces, then 1 tbsp pasta sauce and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Top with another layer of ricotta, sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle it with remaining Parmesan.

Step 4

Bake until golden and bubbly, about 12 mins. Sprinkle with parsley.

Tip

Switch up the pasta sauce to your favourite flavour, such as arrabbiata or roasted garlic and onion.
