Ingredients

Compliments Double Cream Brie
350 g
5 tsp
Compliments Natural Liquid Pure Honey
25 mL
4 tsp
chili crisp of choice
20 mL
2 tbsp
Compliments Salted In-Shell Dry Roasted Pistachios, chopped
30 mL

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a small bowl, stir together honey and chili crisp.

Step 2

Using a paring knife, make shallow 1-inch wide cuts across the top of the brie, piercing the rind. Arrange on a heat-safe dish; top with the honey mixture, spreading to the edges.

Step 3

Bake until very tender, and the centre expands, about 15 minutes. Garnish with pistachios and serve with crackers, vegetables, sliced hard salami and accompanying fruit such as grapes, sliced pears and apples.
