Ingredients

4 cups
refrigerated carrot juice
1 L
¾ cup
vodka
175 mL
¼ cup
lime juice
60 mL
¼ cup
Compliments Spirited Mickie Hawaiian-Style Huli Huli BBQ Sauce
60 mL
1 tbsp
grated fresh ginger
15 mL
2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
10 mL
1 tsp
Compliments Sriracha Seasoning (grinder)

lime wedges
ice

baby carrots with tops, optional garnish

Directions

Step 1

In large pitcher, mix carrot juice, vodka, lime juice, BBQ sauce, ginger and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 2

Spread 1 tsp (5 mL) Sriracha seasoning in small dish. Use a lime wedge to rub rims of 4 cocktail glasses then dip rims in seasoning. Fill glasses with ice; pour carrot mixture into glasses.

Step 3

Garnish drinks with remaining lime wedges and baby carrot, if using.

Tip

Thread pieces of candied ginger or cooked shrimp onto cocktail sticks as drink garnishes.
