Ingredients

loosely packed, coarsely chopped kale leaves and stems

loosely packed, coarsely chopped spinach leaves and stems

honey

cayenne pepper
0.5 mL

Directions

Step 1

Process kale, spinach and celery in juicer. Stir in honey and cayenne pepper. Divide juice into 2 serving glasses.

Tip

An excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, folate.
