Ingredients

- coarse sea salt
- 250 mL
- 3 tbsp
- finely grated lime zest
- 45 mL
- 1 tbsp
- hot pepper flakes
- 15 mL
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300ËšF (150ËšC). Stir together salt, lime zest and hot pepper flakes. Spread evenly on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until zest is dry. Cool completely.
Step 2
Transfer to 1-cup (250-mL) Mason jar and seal with lid. Decorate with festive ribbon or string and tag. Recipe doubles easily.
