Directions
Step 1
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Step 2
Gently toss mango in olive oil and pepper. Place in a grill basket. Grill until marked and slightly softened, about 3 minutes, turning once.
Step 3
Combine mango with half the honey and half the lime juice.
Step 4
Stir remaining honey and lime juice into ricotta until smooth.
Step 5
Place mango slices in centre of each crepe. Spoon ricotta mixture over each and roll up. Spoon 3 tbsp (45 mL) fruit salsa over each crepe and garnish with drizzler.
