Directions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350°F. Rub halibut with oil, salt and pepper and place in an oven proof pan. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the fish is firm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the strawberries, zest, mint and chili, set aside.
Step 3
At the last minute slice the avocado and divide evenly onto 4 plates. Add the Halibut and spoon on the Salsa.
