Blackberry Cheesecake Pie play
Thaw the 2 pie shells in pkg. On board, press 1 shell flat. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup (60 mL) ground almonds. Flatten second pie shell on top. Fit layered shells into 8 in. (20 cm) round cake pan, lining to just under the rim Neaten edge. Prick bottom with fork. Beat 2 eggs; brush pastry. Bake in 190 C (375 F) oven 7 to 8 min., until lightly golden. Remove from oven.
To remainder of beaten eggs, add 4 oz (125 g) brick-style cream cheese (cubed), 1/3 cup (75 mL) sugar, 1 tbsp (15 mL) all-purpose flour, 1 tsp (5 mL) lemon zest, 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice. Beat till smooth and frothy with electric mixer. Pour into pastry. Drop blackberries (170 g pkg) onto batter. Bake another 20 to 25 min., until set. Serve warm or chilled.

Chocolate Streusel Cinnamon Rolls
Turn cinnamon roll dough into a memorable treat:
Mix 2 tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour, 2 tsp (10 mL) icing sugar, 1 tsp (5 mL) cocoa powder. Drizzle with 2 tsp (10 mL) melted butter. Use fingers to rub into streusel crumbs. Follow cinnamon roll package instructions. Before baking rolls, sprinkle with streusel, 1 heaped tbsp each (15 mL +) semi-sweet chocolate chips and sliced almonds. Bake as per package. Drizzle with included icing pack.

Pineapple-Ginger Ribbons with Pomegranate Seeds
The perfect companions for your Easter ham:
Slice 1/3 of a peeled and cored pineapple into 12 ribbons, cutting from top to bottom in thin strips about ¼-in. (5-mm) thick. Sprinkle 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped dried ginger and 1 tbsp (15 mL) pomegranate seeds onto pineapple. Drizzle with 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey just before serving.
