Make breakfast faves all in one skillet:
1. Finely chop 2 slices bacon; lightly brown in large skillet on medium heat. Stir in ΒΌ cup (60 mL) finely diced red onion, 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) frozen hash browns, 1 finely chopped green onion.
2. Make 1 well per egg in centre; add drizzle veg oil, if necessary. Reduce heat to low. Crack in eggs; cover and cook until set. Drizzle with hot sauce.

Tropical Overnight Oats
Prepare overnight, and wake up to delicious oats complete with tropical fruit:
1. In large microwaveable bowl, combine 1 cup (250 mL) large flake rolled oats, 1/2 cup (125 mL) light coconut milk, 1/2 cup (125 mL) cottage cheese, 2 tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup, 1 tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds and 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) water. Stir well to combine.
2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnigh
3. Remove oats mixture from fridge; stir well. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min., or until heated through. Stir again.
4. Serve topped with kiwi, mango and shredded coconut.

Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie Bowls play
Bring a little sweetness to your morning with a simple take on smoothie bowls:
1. Reserve ΒΌ cup (60 mL) yogurt.
2. In a blender, add remaining 1 3/4 cups (440 mL) yogurt, 2 cups (500 mL) frozen raspberries, 1 cup (250 mL) milk and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) lemon zest. Blend until smooth; pour into 4 bowls.
3. Remove oats mixture from fridge; stir well. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min., or until heated through. Stir again.
4. Top each bowl with dollop of reserved yogurt; swirl in a decorative pattern. Sprinkle on
granola, raspberries and crumbled graham crackers. Serve immediately.
