Whole pumpkins can be stored in a cool place for up to a month. Once you cut into a pumpkin, wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge. Get your money’s worth out of a pumpkin by saving the seeds and roasting them with olive oil and soy sauce for a salty snack.
