Directions
Step 1
In a sauce pan on low heat warm the cream and melt the chocolate. Wisk in sugar, vanilla and salt. When the chocolate is melted remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl that can be put into the freezer.
Step 2
With a hand mixer on low speed whip for 60 sec. then put into the freezer over night. Take out and whip on low speed until soft peeks form.
Step 3
Spoon into a martini or champagne glass and top with some whipped cream and fresh berries. We chose to serve in a mint infused phyllo cup, made with Compliments phyllo dough, and topped with Compliments Chocolate Raspberry drizzler!!
