Ingredients

hard-cooked eggs, cut in half, lengthwise
¼ cup
mayonnaise
60 mL
2 tsp
Dijon mustard
10 mL
2 tsp
Panache Topper Tangy Red Pepper
10 mL
½ tsp
prepared horseradish
2.5 mL
4 slices
Compliments Deli Roast Beef, cut into quarters
¼ cup
crumbled blue cheese
60 mL
2 tsp
fresh chive pieces, about ½-in. long
10 mL
Pinch each salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper topper, horseradish, salt and pepper until smooth. Spoon or pipe into egg whites.

Step 2

Top each egg with a folded piece of roast beef and top with cheese. Sprinkle with chives and a little extra freshly ground black pepper, if desired.

Tip

Don’t care for blue cheese? Try crumbled goat cheese instead!
