Ingredients

butter
120 mL
2 tbsp
Compliments Honey Mustard
30 mL
1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
5 mL
½ tsp
garlic powder
2.5 mL
1 pkg
Compliments Brioche Mini Buns
480 g
1 pkg
Compliments Black Forest Ham
175 g

Compliments Garlic Dill Pickles, sliced into thin rounds
1 pkg
Castello Aged Havarti, grated
200 g
1 tbsp
poppy seeds
15 mL

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 13x9-in. (33x23-cm) baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Set aside.

Step 3

Arrange bottom halves of buns in the prepared baking dish. Fold ham slices into little bundles and arrange each one over a bun. Add pickles and all but ½ cup of cheese. Top with bun tops.

Step 4

Pour butter mixture evenly over buns and let stand for 3 mins to absorb. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and poppy seeds, then cover the dish with foil.

Step 5

Bake until the cheese is melted, about 12 mins. Then uncover and bake until golden on top, about 5 mins.

Tip

Fold the ham slices and cut the pickles into rounds to make pulling the buns apart easy – no cutting required!
