- Worcestershire sauce

- garlic powder

- Compliments Brioche Mini Buns
- 480 g
- 1 pkg
- Compliments Black Forest Ham

- Compliments Garlic Dill Pickles, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 pkg
- Castello Aged Havarti, grated
- 200 g
- 1 tbsp
- poppy seeds

Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 13x9-in. (33x23-cm) baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Set aside.
Step 3
Arrange bottom halves of buns in the prepared baking dish. Fold ham slices into little bundles and arrange each one over a bun. Add pickles and all but ½ cup of cheese. Top with bun tops.
Step 4
Pour butter mixture evenly over buns and let stand for 3 mins to absorb. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and poppy seeds, then cover the dish with foil.
Step 5
Bake until the cheese is melted, about 12 mins. Then uncover and bake until golden on top, about 5 mins.
