Ingredients

- chai tea, brewed and chilled
- 60 mL
- ¾ oz
- pomegranate juice
- 22 mL
- 1 tsp
- Panache 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
- 5 mL
- 4
- dashes Angostura bitters
- 4 mL
- 1
- large or 3 small ice cubes
- Strip mandarin orange peel
Directions
Step 1
Mix the chai tea, pomegranate juice and maple syrup in a rocks glass.
Step 2
Add the bitters and ice.
Step 3
Rim the glass with the cut side of the mandarin zest, squeeze it into the drink, then drop it in.
